I've just watched Caroline give a brilliant presentation. Absolutely loved it. She was talking about anxiety and how that's really wrapped up in fear, and how you can, rather than let fear lead you, you lead fear. So she gave 3 great takeaways, and what I loved was you asking yourself whether it's reality, what you're feeling anxious about, whether it's reality or whether it's imagined. Once it's imagined, it's your thoughts, It kind of takes over, but there's ways that you can flip it. Instead of thinking negative things, that you train your brain to think positive things, but also stepping out of your comfort zone to expand it so you feel more comfortable. So there's lots of great takeaways. You have got to get Caroline to speak to your, your team, to speak in your company, to really help the employees overcome their fears and their anxieties so that they can be more productive. Absolutely loved it, highly recommended.
