Today's tip is from a great book called The ONE Thing by Gary Keller. We often go through our day putting things off. It may be a phone call, a job, and whilst we don't do it, the thought and awareness that we haven't done it is still there, acting like a drain both on emotional and physical energy. So, the tip is, look at your to-do list and identify the thing that you least want to do and just get it done, because then that frees up that mental energy and gives you more resources. And you can sometimes find that the things that you don't do then escalate— the proverbial molehill becoming a mountain. So by jumping on the molehills when they're small often means they don't become mountains. So just get that job done and feel the stress that surrounds not getting it done just disappear. Catch you tomorrow.
