What you focus on becomes your reality. So if I was to look over here at the moment, I can see a marble fireplace, I can see the detail of shields and people. That's my reality at the moment, and I've got no idea what's over here. But if I was to now turn over here, I can see my coat and a bag and a whole load of mess. I've got no idea, I can't quite remember the detail of that fireplace. So what we focus on becomes our reality. And what's that got to do with anxiety? If we focus on risk and all the things that could go wrong, then that becomes our reality. Whereas if you focus on all the things that could go right, all of the positives that could come out of it, that becomes your reality as well. Because what you focus on does become your reality.
