We live in a stressful world, and I see stress a bit like a dripping tap. If you can't stop the tap dripping, then eventually the water starts to rise until one more drip and you've got a flood on your hands. And this is much like how stress happens. It keeps building up, building up, until one more little drip and We explode. And I suspect I'm not the only one that that's ever happened to. If you can't top— stop the tap from dripping, what you can do is take the plug out of the sink so all the stress just flows away. I'm an anxiety specialist, and in the work that I do, I teach all of my clients a very simple technique that does take the plug out of the sink. And the more you take it out, the more that water, that stress reduces, so that even if the tap drips really fast, you've got a huge depth before you run the risk of that explosion happening again. My name's Caroline Cavanagh, and if you would like to learn how to take the plug out of your sink, please reach out to me, and I'd be delighted to send you this technique that you can use Because the more we can all reduce our stress, the less stress there will be in the world.
