Let me tell you about a young lady that I worked with. She came to me when she was still at school and she was spending all of her time in an art cupboard because even being in a classroom was so scary for her. In the art cupboard she felt safe, but that's no life for an individual. But through the techniques that we worked on, she went from being in the art cupboard to being able to go out and spend lunchtime with her friends outside, to then being in the back of the classroom, to then being able to go into assembly, something that before was absolutely impossible for her to do. And within a very short period of time, she did an international flight to go and see her grandparents on her own. Anxiety doesn't need to change your life, doesn't need to put you into your equivalent of of an art cupboard, and the steps that I showed her are really easy to learn. So whatever size cupboard you're in, know that there is international travel that's accessible to you too. I'd love to show you how.
