Okay, so now that that's out of the way today my guest is Casey Zieman, founder and CEO of Easy Webinar. And with everything that's going on in this world right now, having an online presence, an online digital platform and ability to reach, to connect, to add value, and more importantly, to monetize your customers no matter what industry you're in is more important now than ever. And you know, Casey has a really cool story and how really in the last recession he lost everything and that really, I think relates to what a lot of people are going through right now today. And he kind of was forced to reevaluating what his business model was and how he could create this recession proof business and how taking things virtually was gonna become more important now than ever. And fast forward now to 12 years later, that applies. I mean, more than. Really, that's an understatement.
Right.
And so I think a lot of people are looking at different ways, different platforms, different means of not only expanding and growing their business, but also creating new businesses. And webinars are one way that I have been able to grow and expand my reach, my revenue in my company, and the value and the ability to connect with more people and all around the world. And with that being said, we had a really great conversation today on one why webinars. Right. And what industries it does or doesn't apply to, which I think you're going to be, you know, probably aware that there is no company, there is no business, that if they aren't adapting right now, is exempt from getting hit and crushed unless you're willing to adopt and adapt and pivot you in the times and the current circumstances, in the landscape that we all find ourselves in. But he really breaks it down and talks about some of the mistakes that people make when getting into the space and starting to leverage webinars as a part of their business model. And really, some of the best things that you can do to kind of hit the ground running. And I mean, you talk about some of the income that can be made from webinars, the value that can be made from webinars, the impact that can be made from webinars gets pretty sexy. I mean, some of these individuals on their platform making 3, 4, 500,000. A million dollars a month. Yes, a month. Right. And they're doing it passively because their platform allows you, once these things are set up, to kind of build out and connect the dots and create these processes and systems and efficiencies that actually make it automated. So some really cool stuff, obviously, some important things that you're going to want to know and learn, some things that you can sharpen the axe on and apply to your own business or entrepreneurial journey, and just some really cool creative ideas and ways that you can leverage these tools moving forward. And again with COVID 19, obviously in the short term, it's impacted so many people. And long term, right. We don't know how long it's going to stay around. But this is something that has forced a lot of people to, you know, tweaking and pivoting their business model a little bit and optimizing their business model a little bit. And I'm a big believer in webinars, so I was excited to hear more about what their company is doing, what he's seeing, what the highest level performers are doing on their platform and how you can pull some of those nuggets as well. So I hope you guys enjoy this interview and all I ask is if you get any kind of value from it, be sure to share it with a friend and leave a review on itunes or whatever platform you enjoy listening to this content on. With that being said, don't forget to shoot me a text, say what up 8444471555 or you can always DM me on Instagram at my handle Official Mattier. Well, I'm excited to welcome into the show today Mr. Casey Zieman how we doing, man?
Matt, I feel good. I'm excited to be here, man.
You know, it's. We were just talking a little bit before we started recording and we're in some interesting times right now, obviously, as everybody can relate to. And you went from being in one of the busiest hustle and bustle cities of the world in LA to now you're on a farmhouse?
Yeah, yeah, I'm in a town with 481 people, you know, in a farmhouse in the middle of Iowa, basically. Yeah.
And for those that don't know how you ended up there, why did you guys take off from LA to Iowa?
Yeah, you know what? We didn't want to. You know, LA was shutting down and my wife and I were like, you know, we. I can work anywhere. And. And she had just sold a business, luckily a physical like a studios in Los Angeles, Pilates studios in la. And so we were like, let's get out. And so we just popped the kids in the car, drove, you know, two days to Iowa, you know, and her farm, her parents own. Have a farm here in Iowa. They have like a ton of acreage with like cool, you know, corn fields and bean fields and stuff like that. So we just came here and we knew that we just needed support. We have three kids, all under six. So we are like, you know, we quarantined for a couple weeks and then we came here and that's. We've been here this whole time since March, dude. So we're gonna go back to LA in August.
Got it.
They're also reshutting down everything.
I know, I was gonna say I'm here in Sacramento in Northern California and obviously Newsom, you know, sh down again. So we're all riding this Covid roller coaster right now. You know, there's a lot of businesses and people getting, you know, whether it's their career or their business that they own, getting, you know, impacted in a big way right now and it's forcing people to rethink, re, strategize, re, engage, adapt, pivot. And obviously, you know, this whole, if you weren't thinking about it before, digitizing and taking your business online and virtually is something that a lot of people now are forced to consider or were considering. And you've built up an amazing company in easy webinar. And so I know we're going to dig into that today and talk a little bit more about what that actually consists of and some more tactical strategy behind why you should be leveraging webinars in your business model and how you connect with your customers and add value to your customers and obviously bring revenue in through that platform. But where did this all start for you in your own entrepreneurial journey?
Yeah, thanks for. That's a good question. So, yeah, I was a realist. I was a mortgage broker back in like 2007, 2008, right? And I was doing pretty good. I was making decent money. And of course, the recession hit and I went from a job where I was making 250,000 a year to 15,000 the next year. I had a house in LA and I was in a mortgage payment with $5,500 mortgage payment that I could not pay. And so I had to figure something out. So I was looking online at how do I get leads online for my mortgage business. And that just took me down this rabbit hole of how to market online. Basically, I started learning about online marketing and stuff like that, which then led me to meeting a couple people that were doing it. And I found somebody in LA who was an online marketer at the time. Again, this is like 2009, right? So pretty early on. And he said, hey, Casey, you know, to be able to market, choose one avenue, one vehicle to market. And I thought about what I was really, what I loved. And I loved YouTube. I love video. I noticed that YouTube was a cool platform. Putting video out there, connected, resonated, you know, virtual handshake with my audience. I was an act. I went to LA to become an actor a long time ago. So I went from being a broke actor to, you know, going into real estate, getting back into sort of like a hybrid of my passion, which is like, you know, conveying things in front of into video, right? So went and became, you know, dove into YouTube marketing and that became the way that I learned online marketing. And then I pivoted away from real estate completely and just became a YouTube marketing expert. That's like what I did. I was a video marketing person and I started as a consultant at that time. Meanwhile, I'm almost losing my house while I'm doing all of this, right? So I went into foreclosure twice in like 20, 2010, you know, trying to modify my loan on my house, all the while, you know, now taking on clients. Like, at the time I was doing, I had. I had dell, Estee Lauder, HarperCollins, that I was doing, like some consulting work with video marketing because there were very few of us at the time doing stuff like this, right? And so I started doing that consulting work. But I always had the vision of wanting to create A course online, Sell my course because of how I felt, like unstable. Everything else was like the recession hit. Things just felt uneasy. I just wanted to be able to create some sort of stability with selling something online that I could sell consistently. I wanted a system, systematizing, being able to sell something that didn't take my time, right? So because I got indoctrinated through all this conversation, through hearing about online marketing and how people were selling courses and stuff like that. Anyway, it was the dream, right? So I took six months to build a course called YouTube Revealed. I wrote a 225 page ebook. And by the time I put it out there, I got crickets. No one was buying it. I spent six months building it and then finally when I launched it, I had to redo a lot of it. Cause it was all YouTube and YouTube changes every three to four months anyway, right? So I was really frustrated. I was like thinking, did I make the wrong decision here? But it's only until I started using webinars did I actually start selling. So I heard about people doing these webinars, these things where they're doing live events, online teleseminars and stuff like that. And so I started doing these weekly live, no pitch webinars just to give pure value. And I started building up my email list. I started getting people coming in weekly. I posted on Facebook, create an event in Facebook, I create a video in YouTube and say, hey, come to this free workshop where I'm going to show you how to get on the first page of Google using YouTube. And that started to get people coming in. And I started seeing more people getting on my email list, coming to my weekly webinars. Until finally someone said, casey, you need to start. Is there something I can buy? So I had people direct messaging me saying, what? Do you have anything else I can buy? And so I was, I was terrified of buying or selling something at the time. And then I started to basically get people into my course through direct messages. Then I got the confidence actually sell off of my webinar. And then I started converting 10% of the people that were showing up that registered to becoming buyers. I raised my prices from 1,97 for my course to 997 on my course. And so in 2012, that was my first year of actually running these weekly webinars consistently. I did about $245,000 worth of my online sales on my product and built an email list of 14,000 people, all from webinars. And that was how I realized that webinars actually were the thing that built that, know like and trust that connection with people. Obviously we're doing it right now. I think that the awareness factor is there. People understand that this is what they have to do back in the day, do leave duration and sales. Right? Not just communication, but literally the system for setting up my whole business was using. That led me into basically the software that we created, Easy Webinar. Because at the time I was selling off of webinars, but I was getting burnt out because I was running all these webinars all the time. So I asked some developers, I said, hey, is there a way I can automate webinars? Like where people come, they register, they show up and it streams in real time, the webinar experience. But I'm not running it all the time. It's more of a webinar experience. It's more where they show up, they can ask questions, I can answer, you know, from my phone, you know, because it goes right into my email. But I'm not there running it every single day. Right. And it's, and, and because I had a worldwide audience, people in Australia, New Zealand and stuff like that, you know, sometimes my daytime webinars, they couldn't make it. So I had these automated webinars that were streamed in their local time zone. So if someone from Singapore or New Zealand or whatever came to the page of my registration page of my webinar, it would show 11am for them, 2pm for them, 5 or 7pm for them. And they could choose whatever time makes sense for them and then come into my funnel and then buy my product. And so I started actually with the hardest thing, which is literally selling a course from a webinar. And then eventually when the coaching boom happened, you know, we were already doing this, I started doing high ticket stuff from a webinar. So from a webinar, people, you know, they come to a 30 minute high impact webinar and then from there they'd book a time with someone on my team to talk about a 5K 10K program that we had. And so that was another funnel. So I was doing more, you know, lower ticket, mid ticket sales from a webinar and then also higher ticket from a strategy call type of webinar. And those were what we were doing. All the while we were building a new basically SaaS platform called Easy Webinar, which was the platform we use for all of this stuff. So my software is Easy Webinar. It does live webinars, automated webinars on demand webinars built for Selling and lead generation and sales. And it's more of a sales experience rather than funnels. Right, Funnels. You know, we. I think everybody knows what a funnel is. Who's. Who's maybe marketers, but I like webinars just because they are, they're a different way of communicating. Right. And they're still that vehicle that, that can indoctrinate in a little bit better of a way. And they, you know, has a higher commitment, you know, when someone registers for a workshop. And so we like these as sales experiences. Anyway, that's. And it's all based on my own, you know, results that I got that the platform was even built in the first place. But yeah, that's kind of the journey of how we got to here. Yeah.
And now we have you mentioned kind of a key word that stuck out to me earlier, especially with COVID going on, right. This recession proof business. Right. Whether you're physically in front of somebody or virtually in front of somebody. And I shift a lot of my brick and mortar business to have a digital aspect of it about five years ago. And I'm so grateful that I did for many reasons. One of the main purposes of why I did that was that freedom and flexibility to be somewhat remote and whether I was on vacation somewhere around the world with my family, you know, I still had the ability to generate revenue and provide. Right. And even then you talk about with some of the amazing tools and resources you guys have baked into your platform, which is now making it evergreen and automated to the fact that you don't need to be the one, you know, behind the keyboard or the screen at all hours of the day. Even though you might be remote, you might still be a slave for your business. Now you're talking about true leverage with this vehicle and this platform. But I'm curious, you know, a lot of people are probably going, man, I work in this space or this wouldn't apply to my industry. You know, who is easy webinar for what kind of person and or company or industry can leverage webinars?
Yeah, I mean we, you know, the avatar we like to focus on are, you know, we have a lot of course creators, coaches who use our platform, but we also have like real estate agents, we have service based businesses, people that if you are, you're doing heavy lifting, you know, sales companies that have sales teams and sales forces, you know, that need to leverage a different way for indoctrination first before jumping on a sales call. You know, if you need lead generation and sales done in your, in your company, then a webinar will work for your company. We love to focus on creators and coaches, just because that's how I started off. And it was like, those are my, you know, give them virtual hug, you know, but again, we have tons of different people in our businesses. We actually, you know, obviously with COVID we had more customers coming through our door, many of them. You know, sometimes we saw people that needed to do, you know, showrooms, you know, virtual showrooms. Right. Maybe they're. Yeah, we had a yacht company that came in, so they wanted to be able to show, you know, basically yachts. Right. So they'd have different sales reps coming in from different, you know, different counties and they'd invite buyers in and then they'd show the inventory that they had from different places. Right. And so they did that. We also had like real estate agents doing virtual open houses. So I mean, again, there's so many things that you can do with a platform like this. And obviously everybody has had to start thinking about that, like, how can I digitize and use an online medium to replicate what I was already doing? You know, so. But the bread and butter for what we like to encourage is lead generation and sales. So lead generation is providing level, you know, provide education, know a problem you have in your market, create a solution in a, in a presentation setting, right? Indoctrinates them and lets them know, man, I have a problem. You create the awareness for the problem, agitate the problem, show the solution. Typically, it's an uncommon solution. Maybe they've done some common solutions that haven't worked for them or serve their need. And then you highlight your uncommon solution. And all of that indoctrinates people to where they're like, I get it, I'm aware now. And then finally, you know, it makes the sale easier. It makes the, you know, it makes the stick factor of them staying your customer easier. So webinars, they're just, if you're doing them right, you know, from, and using them as education tools as well as, you know, marketing and sales. You're just, you're going to have a better customer. We had a customer, John Lee Dumas, use our, use our system, and he had a platform called Segmetrics. Do some analysis of his leads coming through. The leads that were coming through his webinar, his automated webinar that were run on our platform were 243% better than the leads that came through, you know, let's say a PDF or a video course or, you know, some sort of other Lead gen source. Right.
And why do you think that was?
Meaning that the people, the ones that came through the webinar were better buyers because they got indoctrinated from the webinar to become better buyers, whether they were buying on the webinar or bought it because as a result of the webinar later. Right. And so having a webinar, whether it's at the, at the top of your funnel, you know, the beginning part of it, or mid funnel, right after you bring someone maybe through some sort of content funnel where, you know, they, they get a, you know, a smaller, you know, lead magnet that creates a little bit of a know like and trust. The webinar does much more of the heavy lifting with getting someone closer to that sale. Right. So you can pop a webinar in the, in the, you know, in the middle of your funnel if you needed to. We have people that put it in the middle of their funnel. They put it at the front end of their funnel like, you know, right after like a Facebook ad. Let's say some people put webinars at the back end of their funnel after someone becomes a customer. So they bring someone from being, you know, into like a mid ticket level or low ticket into a higher ticket. Right. So maybe they have a webinar to a customer to move them into the ascension of a coaching program or services, higher level services. So there's tons of applications for this. Right. And again, sky's the limit. It really is limited by your imagination. But again, I like to just lean in on the concept of using the power of education, building know like and trust virtual handshake, and selling with authenticity and value. And that's what webinars are perfect for, in my opinion. They reduce the potential for your clients and customers to fall out because you're leading with value. You're building that know like and trust, and you're doing it virtually.
So it's one of those things too where like you said, any, any chance you get nowadays, especially when you're forced, you know, to be a distance. Right. And physically and socially distance right now, but even moving forward, an opportunity to give somebody a window into who you are, what you stand for, what your brand or your culture is. Right. You talked about this indoctrination.
Yeah.
Are buying into not only the product. Right. But the feeling that they get with the person or the experience that is behind the product as well. And so any chance you give somebody an opportunity to walk through that door with you, it's just one more. Right. Step further down the path that is going to increase that potential conversion of them deciding, hey, I like, yeah, this product is great, but I like who these people are. I like what they stand for. I like how. Right. They're giving me this opportunity to learn more outside of it. Just feeling like I'm trying to be sold on something. Right.
Yeah, exactly, exactly. That's why you lead with value and sincerity. If you have, I always say, people ask me, you know, about, you know, do you have a framework for excelling better on a webinar? We, of course we do. But I always say, like, if you forget all of that, throw it away. And there's only two things you need to care about, worry about is sincerity and value. If you are sincere and authentic when you're, when you're, when you're talking to your audience and then have value and you're leading with value, first you're going to, you're going to have customers. When I started out doing webinars, I was terrible at it. I was a stutterer. I was an over sharer. I just gave so much. Some of my webinars were two and a half hours long. You know, I mean, they were just, they were, I was, it was just nuts. You know, sometimes, like my wife would be passing by in the background. The Internet would cut out all the things go wrong when you're, when you're doing it. But that's the cool part of it. It's, they are connected with you. You know, that's, that's the human, it's the human experience. You know, we're trying to help you with the human experience without you having and getting the opportunity for the human experience. Right now we don't get to, I don't get to give, you know, a man hug right now. Right. So I have to do it this way virtually. Right, exactly. So, so because I get to do, I have to do it virtually. I have to have those human, those that human to human connection and, you know, all my faults, all my weirdness, that's okay, you know, because that's the me that, that you resonate with is going to be a part of, of how you're going to, you know, have and keep an audience.
Absolutely. Let's talk about easy webinar. Right. So for somebody that's going, okay, you know, I want to, I want to incorporate this into my business. I want to learn more. I want to get better at this. What are some of the early mistakes that you see new adopters making that they could easily avoid and kind of you know, hit the. Hit the ground running a little bit.
Well, yeah, so we see a lot of people, like, they don't think about how they're going to use webinars. Some people will come into our system saying, I think I went to your webinar. I need a webinar. I don't know why, but I need a webinar, you know, And I like to. What I like to help people with. I mean, the good thing is that we help people get clear as to why they need a webinar. Well, as soon as people come up, become a customer, they can get a strategy call with somebody or, you know, a tech call. Right? Because those are the two fundamental problems we see. Someone feels like if they. The tech can be overwhelming. And then if a webinar, if something goes wrong with the tech, they feel like if they look like an idiot, it can completely sour them for years to come. Right? And the thing is, it's not true. Like, I've had zoom calls that have crashed, and I've had the Internet cut out, and I've had massive webinars with GoToWebinar with 500,000 people that have just, you know, gone, Right? And if I let that discourage me from doing this, then I wouldn't have a business.
Right?
And so I would say that the things that I see that stop people are they think that they have to be tech gurus to be able to run webinars. Simply not the case. They think that also if they have a bad webinar, it can tarnish the reputation forever, which is also not the case because, you know, people are very forgiving. Okay? If you have something that goes wrong, it's technology. Technology. This happens. And it's understanding and creating an expectation in your mind and to your audience about the technology that you need. Right? Hey, guys, this may crash because it's technology, just to let you know, but, you know, let's dig in, right? So it's like, you know, there. There are things that stop people. They think that, you know, if the tech fails or if they, you know, freeze because they're, you know, one of the things that also stop people is the fear of looking stupid, right? Like, they don't want to look. Like they. They don't have the answer. And I've seen plenty of people freeze up on a webinar. Like, they're like. And they're. And they're just not sure what to say. And it stops them forever from doing a webinar. And some of those things I see prevent people from actually getting out there and doing it. The cool thing is like if you do a webinar, it's not going to kill you. You know, if you speak to your audience, they're very forgiving. So if you don't know exactly what you're. If there are points where you get stumped and not sure how to keep going, that's okay. It's just get back on the horse and do it again. So you have to not have, you have to be okay with looking like an idiot because that's what this is all about. You know, if you allow yourself to ride that uncomfortable edge, right, then you're going to be able to get more comfortable and get success with it. So I think what also stops people is they think that they have to be awesome, they have to be neuro linguistic experts to be able to do like a webinar.
Right.
And simply not the case. You know, again, sincerity and value. You don't need to, you know, go to Toastmasters to be able to run a webinar. Right. You know, so, so I think those are the things that stop people. But I would say if I were to start, I would want to understand how I might want to use webinars in my business. So whether I want to bring lead gen in and create an awareness around my product, or I want to use webinars to create a better know like and trust with my existing customer base. So I'll run weekly webinars to my existing customers. They get to know me more, they stick with me more. Right. You know, and, or selling your products directly on a call. Like maybe you have a sales team that you're spending a ton of money on. Maybe you put a webinar in front of the sales, in front of a lead before they hit the sales team to help the close ratio.
Right.
And so just think about how webinars might be able to be applied to your business. And I think that's the first step in taking the action and then allowing yourself to understand that people will be very forgiving if there's tech problems there. You know, that you don't have to have a perfect webinar to start. In fact, a lot of times, you know, a strategy call based webinar which could be like 20, 30 minutes, where you have a unit, you have a webinar, it's 20, 30 minutes and on that you pitch a book of time with us. There's a lot of room for error with those webinars. You know, you could not necessarily be landing the right message but still get a result of people signing up. Right. So you don't have to be perfect. Right. And so it's just a question of jumping in because you'll get some result, whether it's, you'll get a lead coming in, you know, and they'll see you, talk to you, or you'll land a client, you know, maybe it's not the first week, but the second week. So those are the pieces that I would consider.
And obviously we talk a little bit about some of the things that you may want to be aware of to not make those mistakes. What are of all of the people and businesses that you've seen leverage your platform at the highest level? You know, what are some of the characteristics or skill sets of the people performing and closing and leveraging easy webinar and just webinars in general as the pros do, that people can maybe turn their radar onto the fact that, hey, maybe this is an area that I might want to lean into first or spotlight and sharpen my axe over here first to get the kind of results that they're hoping to get.
Sure, absolutely. So, you know, if you have one good webinar that can sell your stuff 10%, you have 10% conversion. Right. You can have a million dollar a month business running off of one webinar. We have people that use our system that use one webinar to run an automated webinar. And you know, they're, they're doing that. One webinar will indoctrinate people to buy. Right. And oftentimes they're, they're, you know, people, various people, close, different numbers. So we have like someone like an Amy Porterfield who's running, who's a course creator, running, you know, three webinars through our system. And she's probably doing 300,000amonth potentially. I haven't talked to her recently about her numbers. 300,000amonth per webinar. Right. In revenue sales that are automated. Right. So it's an automated, you know, it's selling off the webinar. And again, I haven't talked to her about the numbers, but when I interviewed her business partner a couple years ago, they were saying, well, EZ webinars is contributing $20,000 a day for our platform, for our sales. So in that when you create systems with webinars and involve that webinar in your whole marketing engine, right. So people register for a webinar, they come through, you're sending them emails, indoctrinating them, getting to know them, and then you have all the follow up based on the actions performed in the webinar. If the webinar is a major component of your marketing, right. Then one webinar can be that heavy lifter to sell a product, one product consistently over and over and over again for years. And so, yeah, I would say, if you think about it, system, systematizing, leveraging a webinar is, I would put that forward before anything else or at least thinking about how can I create a presentation that really resonates with the problem solution scenario of my audience. If you can get good at creating a webinar, that one webinar can last you for years to come. That one webinar can be your presentation for that product. That one webinar can be the thing that you'd go on stage and speak about.
Right?
That's, that's right. That, that template, that webinar that becomes what you talk about when you sell from stage or when you, whether you, you know, do a webinar like this or whether you bring in partners who want to partner with you to do a webinar to their audience, right? One good webinar can be your main marketing tool, you know, and, and you're kind of stripping away everything else, right? You're, you're, you know, you're, you're, you're.
Trying your one thing.
Yeah, yeah. So I think I do believe that one presentation that can really resonate at the deepest level of your audience, right? You connect with them on a heart level and a logic level, you know, and you give them so much transformation and aha. Moments that they're like, I gotta buy. That can just be the, you know, that can, that, that could be the main thing that you use. I mean, we have people that, that do that. You're running, you know, 60, 80, 100 leads, 100,000 leads a month on one webinar through our system, right? So, you know, and you could use it for. It's very scalable. That's the thing. It's a very scalable model. And if you can drive traffic to it, you can get more people registered for it, right?
Yep. So guys, pay attention to that right there, right? You don't need to be the jack of all trades and everybody right? Now if I were to ask you is, you know, what is one problem in your industry that bothers you, right? Or keeps you up at night or, oh, if this was just this, right. Then lean into that and figure out how to provide value and a solution around that. Right? And therefore you can create webinar and a product and. Or a service that you might already be an expert in or maybe need to polish up a little bit. And pairing that with an amazing platform, a tool like a webinar, is something that can be extremely powerful for taking and scaling your business to that next level, your revenue to that next level, and really adding value to the customer base that you're ultimately there to serve in the first place. So I love webinars. I use webinars. It's one of those things where I really believe it is.
I don't want to say it's overlooked.
It's now obviously becoming more and more and more prominent. You've been in the game for a long time, Casey, and seen what it's evolved into today. But with that being said, I mean, I don't know if you guys are okay with this, but making potentially $300,000 a month on Evergreen Automated and having passive income come in like that, I think I'm okay with that. That wouldn't hurt my feelings, right? Going up to a million dollars a month, and obviously not everybody is like that, but that is the potential of this, and this is not going away. So I'm curious, what are some of the trends that you see that you guys are paying attention to that you guys are maybe trying to, you know, grow into and get in front of as we move forward in this digital landscape?
Yeah, sorry. The Internet was a little wonky, but I think I'm back here. So, yeah, you know, we see a few different opportunities. You know, our goal is to, you know, create more awareness around why webinars are going to be important and why they are important. You know, what we are hoping to achieve at some point is creating almost like, you know, we want to focus on engagement. I mean, that's if we can create better engagement, you know, that is, like, even deeper engagement with the audience. That's kind of a trend we're going in like, you know, our live platform, we've been thinking more in the line of, you know, closed caption being able to auto transcribe and do all sorts of stuff and just create better tools for creating a higher sense of engagement with the audience and the person putting on a presentation.
Right.
But at the same time, also creating, giving people the ability to automate that process and evergreen that process easier. Right. And so we see that. That we're wanting to really focus on the best ways to nurture an audience, engage with an audience, and then obviously close a sale more. And in the future, we're going to be Focusing a lot more on sales, I think engagement and education that leads to sales. So we actually have a CRM platform that's going to be coming out soon. It's a sales CRM, so it's a light CRM, but the integration between easy webinar and the CRM is that actions performed in the webinar, you can move people leads into the CRM and based on whatever actions they have, tag those actions. And then you can have sales representatives call those people based on, hey, did they see the offer? Or did they see the offer and didn't click? Hey, I saw you notice that you. I noticed you came to the webinar, you saw the offer, but for whatever reason, you didn't click. This is just. This is Joel just calling to tech to see if there's anything we can do for you. You know, being able to bridge online with kind of like this deeper communication. That's our, I think, the future, right? Bring all these pieces together, right? So, you know, phone conversations after a webinar. We're actually even looking at phone conversations before a webinar, like going out and finding. We have. Our CRM platform has a local lead finder. So you could like type in digital marketer and it'll find all the digital marketers in Los Angeles. And you can literally as an auto dialer. So you call, you go through this digital marketer list and you can say, hey, have you ever thought about offering webinars to your clients in your book of business? Yeah, I guess. I mean, we're doing a lot of that right now. Well, I want to invite you to a workshop where the founder of Easy Webinar shows you how you can leverage their platform from a reseller perspective and use that for all of your clients. So I could send you a webinar if you gave me an email and so you could reverse that. We tested this out and we were able to get a lot of emails from just, you know, doing, you know, getting a VA to call a list of digital marketers and then get them to show up to a webinar that then, you know, indoctrinates them to get into a reseller program. You know, so there's. It's just taking the tools that we have, right, that are available to us and creating interesting experiences. Right. Because that's what is what it's about. We want to create better, better sales experiences to close the sales cycle gap. And I think that communication is a big part of that. Obviously, webinars play their part in that communication.
I love it. Well, I know so many people are probably got their wheels spinning now, right?
