The Real Estate Grind RECRUITING Game! #shorts" (created 2026-08-05). The excerpt is a brief English conversation between Catherine Bell and another speaker about real estate deal sourcing and pipeline efficiency — explaining that roughly 1,000 deals were reviewed to reach the handful that close, the importance of daily deal-hunting, and how tools like Deal Hunter, Notebook LM and AI accelerate due diligence and add community value.
The other thing for everybody else, I just want to make sure everybody understands the numbers of like looking for deals and the ratio. So everybody understands like what their homework is.
What that causes is it delays the process. Like, because the pipeline to get here, I looked at 1,000 deals to get to this one. Now it's fallen on its face at the finish line, right? So this is the importance to not giving up on looking for deals daily is because you've got to go through 100 of them to get to one. We've been using Deal Hunter this morning to work through this contract and pointing out things like, for example, we signed a purchase agreement that said that there was tenants and a lease in place. Today there's not a tenant in the building and the lease is in default. Like the purchase contract is in default, but they're disagreeing with that. It's like, guess what? And so with the fact that in Notebook LM, you got me talking sideways, the situation where we got to go through 100 deals to get to that one is literally because of how difficult it can be to pin one deal down. Right. Currently we got 6 deals in closing, but it was literally at least 1,000 deals to try and get there. And so I just wanted to make sure the group understands the value to this, the value to this community is from the ability to sort through bullshit faster than anybody solo can.
Right. And to understand and appreciate like us doing this way before AI, the insane amount of hours and days and weeks that it would take to actually get through even a couple of deals. Now. We're able to go through them.
