Using an AI tool called CPT, a hiring manager filtered 24 resumes down to 10, then to 5 top candidates, and plans to make an offer within days. The whole process took minutes instead of weeks.
And it did all of that, right? Because it gave me homework. That night I went back to my room and I had 20, I think I told you I had 24 resumes for an open position to analyze during the jets jet. CPT gave me 10, asked it some more questions. Did this do that? Gave me the top five. I interviewed them and we're going to make an offer to somebody within the next couple of days here. So awesome.
