In this YouTube Shorts video, the speaker demonstrates an AI tool that, when given photos of a kitchen and a zip code, generates a comprehensive assessment and a projected 2026 cost estimate for a full kitchen remodel in under a minute. The AI outlines the existing kitchen condition, desired updates, and breaks down costs across pre‑construction, demolition, cabinetry, millwork, countertops, appliances, electrical, and lighting. The speaker speculates that the AI’s pricing data likely derives from contractor‑recorded permit information, where permit costs are documented during the permitting process.
