It's funny, I tell my class, it's like, this is why we use AI to do real estate is because we have to wait for realtors to pick up the phone, but not with you guys.
So, and real quick, we have other leads like in Michigan, in Florence, right? In the 2.0.
Yep.
That's coming out there. They're the eligibility zone at least, right? I work directly with a lender partner. We do a whole— we have a whole company dedicated to 2 business keys. We started back in 2018 looking for a $15 million bid analysis. Physical job was a missed opportunity, though, you know, it wasn't working. And that way, even back after we were in probation, I could send them out how we would use AI to kind of try to figure out what the best delivery plan based on all the eligibility stuff that's currently out with, with the IRS, and then just using what Catherine Bell pointed out, the skills, to kind of map confidence levels across it, right?
So I could show you that And then we have a bunch of stuff on our website that's going to be launching probably in the next month or two where we're talking to a lot of our community and investors about how to use the 2.0. Just like you said, there's going to be a lot of money coming in now that it's going to be a little bit longer of a period of price. And we're seeing a lot of investors now getting excited about it. So I wanted to just talk to you more about that too, if possible. No, absolutely. Absolutely.
We have sites currently listed that are in 2.0 that are really good sites. Like in the past, the road, right? You know, major arterials, things like that. That could make a lot of sense.
No, I would appreciate that information. And to just, just to bring some more transparency to the situation, our mastermind is based on doing real estate using 100% AI. And so that's all we do is real estate investing through AI. We've got several investors and like I said, apprentices helping with it as well. We're right now teaching our bird dogs how to go out and identify properties, what to do with them and stuff like that.
