It identified all the things that were in that program and it sourced it right there. So the short verdict says that it's a conditional go, but only with state funding and tight controls. Sending out the $728,000 upfront is not what it suggested. It went off of the breakdown of the flyer and said, here's where you're at and said, this is how to get to that. Through the phases of Phase 1B and Phase 2. So the core metrics that it's pointing out is that there has, there has to be a point where there's the moving into how you're going to get the revenue. And so I think that's the part where we're going to, we're going to go through it and double check. So it shows that the DEX year 1 revenue stack has you at about $3.8 million, but then it says that the math is possible, but it's aggressive for the launch year.
