Hey, everyone. Steve and Kathryn here with Titan Impact Group. Hey, Just real quick, this afternoon, it's been a little crazy. We're dealing with some. Some issues with some real estate agents on the mobile home park that we're. We're looking at. And, hey, you know what? I got to tell you just where I'm coming from. Okay, look, I used to be a maintenance guy for a mobile home park, hoping that someday I could actually afford to live in the mobile home park. That's how broke I was, okay? I went from living into the mobile living in the mobile home park to actually managing the mobile home park, all right? And then after I managed the mobile home park, I became an owner of the mobile home park. So when we go looking at these deals and everything else like that, I look at it through at least four sets of eyes, from the very, very bottom all the way to the tip top and everything in between. So we take the human factor into consideration. We take management into consideration. We take maintenance into consideration. We do all of this. Whereas sometimes real estate agents tend to get a little. All they can think about is their commission, and they don't want to address any of the things other than just, how can I get you to give me the money so I can get my commission? So, hey, I just want you to know that whenever, you know, you become a funding partner with Titan Impact Group, that, hey, Kathryn is just as thorough and has been just through the mud steps. You know, I'm the mobile home park guy, she's the notes lady. But we've got your back all the way, no matter which way you decide to go. So with that, may you never awake from the American dream.
