If you don't know what occupancy is, or you have no clue what an opportunity zone actually is, or what the different zoning zones are, or actual building classes, you can throw all that information inside and even ask Deal Hunter. So sometimes they'll actually have an OM down here that I download, but this one doesn't seem to have one. They're invisible.
