Are you doing deals like this? Couple of hours with her and we went through Deal Hunter. She has this 172 acres in Texas and we, we ran the whole thing with her and she was nervous about sharing it with me, but because ChatGPT was on her phone, she didn't have to share anything with me. Like I was able to show her how to upload it and, you know, we just walked through, run this deal, like the whole thing. And it gave her like 4 different scenarios. It's off, it's in an Opportunity Zone as well. So there's a layered-in scenario. So anyway, she was supposed to upload more documents and then we'll get together today and do it.
