Affidavit is a legal document saying I'm, I'm stating legally under perjury, a risk of perjury, that I believe this property is valued at X. I don't need an appraiser to do it, but I can do it based on what I know. And I can go out there and do that. For that affidavit of property value though, what I can do is I can exempt it and say the transfers between related parties. And Rick and I already know each other, we're good friends, we can do this real quick, get it done, sign that, we sign the deed, we sign this, and we take it in to get it notarized. Gotta do the notarization in person together. Rick and I have to go up in front of the notary, they agree, we all agree, it stays all transparent this way.
