Arizona is building a 47,000-square-foot entertainment venue with a 500-foot bar and an 11,000-square-foot dance floor, more than double the state's current largest. The three-story complex will feature mechanical bulls, a concert space for Nashville artists, and dance competitions.

In Arizona, some of the things we discovered was like the state's largest dance floor is about 5,000 square feet. Catherine and I have been to that particular place. The state's longest continuous bar is 250 foot. And so what we plan on building was about a 3-story, 3-story venue that has 47,000 square feet total. We'll have the longest bar. We're going to have a 500-foot bar and a, and a 11,000-square-foot dance floor. So. What we'll also have there are mechanical bulls, riding bulls, concerts, local and national talent like AJ can bring in some, some very serious up-and-comers, uh, from Nashville. And we can help launch some careers and get some good music created. And then we've got the ability to do all kinds of other fun stuff like dance competitions, stuff like that.
