Katherine from Titan Impact Group explains that the best places to invest in real estate depend on the numbers and the investor's chosen strategy. She emphasizes that real estate is cyclical (buy low, sell high) and that investors must first pick an investment type—wholesale, fix & flip, buy-and-hold, Airbnb, tax liens/deeds, or notes—and then analyze markets and metrics specific to that approach.
