In this YouTube short, Catherine Bell discusses how the "Who Not How" principle from Dan Sullivan transformed her business approach. She emphasizes asking "who" can accomplish a task rather than trying to do it herself, illustrating the concept with personal examples such as hiring teachers for her children's education, finding medical experts for family health issues, and employing mechanics for car repairs. Bell describes how she leverages a large, specialized team to generate multiple streams of passive income for families, including earnings from bestselling books and real‑estate investments. She also references Tony Robbins' "Holy Grail of Investing," highlighting that billionaires often invest in private equity rather than conventional assets. Throughout the interview, Bell answers questions about her marketing strategy, team structure, and how she earns recurring income from her publications, positioning herself as a "who that knows how" to grow bank accounts through diversified passive income.

I would have to go back and ask my team.
That's incredible. So I guess my question is, how did you— because if I like— how did you market it? How did you, you know, how did you create it through— do you— so do you— it's not just you on your team. You have a team.
Oh, I have a huge team. So here's one of the first things that I actually teach people is I teach people a couple of things is so this book here by Dan Sullivan, Who Not How, has changed the course of my business. Businesses forever. So when we start asking better questions, we get better answers. So most people are asking, how do I do this? How, how, how, how, how? When you understand the who is the better question. So for instance, like being a mom, when my kids needed to get educated, I didn't go get my teacher's degree. I went and found the best school with the best teachers, and I plugged them in. I found who knew how, I plugged them in, I got the results. When my family got sick, I didn't go get my PhD and didn't become a medical doctor. I went and found who knew how. I plugged them in and we got better. My car needs fixed. I don't become a mechanic. I go find who knows how. Investing is the same. Writing bestselling author books, the same, right? Like, these are the things. When I started asking those questions and plugging in, that's how I've done it. So I'm a who that knows how to add commas to bank accounts through multiple streams of passive income for families. That's what I do. So that's a better question is. So I tell everybody, read this book, it'll change your life forever. Um, this book, this is the Holy Grail of Investing by Tony Robbins. He did a brilliant—
my favorite person ever. I go to a lot of his online.
Have you read this book?
No.
Okay, this is really important. He interviewed a bunch of billionaires. Long story short, they don't invest in all the things that everybody thinks they should be investing in. They invest in companies like mine, which is called private equity. That's where they make their billions. So really, really powerful stuff.
Did you make income from your books?
I get paid every month.
Do you think I— that could be something that I could do? Because I thought it was very cool, your books, and then also your work in real estate, because basically I don't think I can work for someone. I think I'm more— I'm much better on my own and kind of in this climate, like, I can't, you know, I need my own income.
