Two real estate professionals discuss Bill Nye, a pioneering Century 21 broker in Florida, not the famous Science Guy. They highlight recent deals in the chat, including a hotel transaction and a medical spa free-estimate service, celebrating wins in their community.
Are you in the deal room? His name is Bill Nye, and he's older than the Science Guy. He's older than the Science Guy. Like, he's the original Bill Nye. This is the original Bill Nye.
The original Bill Nye the Science Guy? No, not— so Bill Nye the Real Estate Guy?
He's Bill Nye the Real Estate Guy. So he actually started— I think he actually started the first Century 21 brokerage in the state of Florida.
Oh my God.
Wow. Broke and raised his Roman, what the hell do you want, man? Make you money, bro.
That's what we want. No, I showed you the hotel deal that I found in the chat.
I showed everybody that stuff you made on free estimates with the medical spa. And yeah, all that stuff looks freaking amazing.
And then he put one in the chat as well.
That's cool.
