Catherine Bell describes creating a virtual advisory board of prominent billionaires (Warren Buffett, Richard Branson, Ray Dalio, Tony Robbins, Sara Blakely, Jamie Kern Lima) to review her business plan. She uploaded her original plan, walked the board through accomplishments and benchmarks, and asked them to identify ways the plan could fail so she could mitigate risks. The segment emphasizes diverse perspectives and proactive risk assessment.

So there's a little. There's a lot of complexity with all of this, and I wanted to make sure that we weren't missing anything. We were thinking this whole thing all the way through. And so what I thought was, well, wait a minute, what if. What if I brought in some of the smartest minds in the world and asked them how they would actually see this? So what I did is I created a virtual board. And virtual board is Warren Buffett, Richard Branson, Ray Dalio, Tony Robbins, Sara Blakely, and Jamie Kern Lima. The reason is because they're all billionair. So I have men, women there, and I love all the different philosophies, and they all do business very differently. So I know that I'm going to get a full spectrum, holistic view of what it is that I'm going through and creating. And so I created my virtual board, and then I uploaded the original business plan of what we were doing, and then I sat and explained, just talked through what I was actually what had, what had happened, what we had accomplished, all the benchmarks that we had created. And now that how we're integrating and moving back in, wanted them to look at it. And more importantly, tell me all the ways that this is going to blow up and go wrong. That's the most important piece because there's three different types of entrepreneurs, and I'll dig into that later. But the point being is that we may not be able to see all the different ways that this could potentially blow up and then mitigate that risk, right?
