My fellow compassionate capitalists, Steve Wahl here with Titan Impact Group. Before I get on with today's subject, I do want to do a quick little shout out to the movie the Ghosts of Mississippi, if you can watch it today. Because you see today, February 5, 1994, white supremacist Brian De La Beckwith was finally convicted 30 years after he murdered civil rights leader Medgar Evers in Jackson, Mississippi on June 12th of 1963. The movie's incredible. It chronicles the entire event, plus the struggles of Medgar's wife, Merle, and what she had to do in order to finally see justice served. As for the flat jacket, what does that have to do with anything? That. This was the flat jacket that I wore when I was a volunteer chaplain in Florence Prison supermax for almost three years. And my beat, if you will, was SMU 1 and 2, special management units. 1 and 2 were those who were on death row and in solitary confinement. Were at the time that I was there, there was a man by the name of Viva Nash. And Viva Nash was not only the oldest person on death row, but he had been there longer than anyone else in American history. And Viva and I, we actually kind of had a little bit of a friendship going, if that's what you want to call it. And I was, I was conflicted about it, needless to say. And I asked him about it one day. I said, viva, I don't get it. I've read your record. I know what you've been convicted of, but just tell me that it's not true. I mean, you're kind of a grandfather like figure to me, so to speak. But tell me it's just not true. He said, steve, come here for a sec. He said, steve, you better believe everything you've read on my sheet. I have kidnapped, I have raped, I have sodomized, I have cannibalized, and I have murdered. How effing hard do you think it is for me to lie? We here at Titan Impact Group understand that there are financial predators out there as well. And this is why I'm talking about integrity today. This is why I'm talking about transparency and honesty. Some of our investors have asked, they've had concerns through the vetting process that we have everyone go through because they were taken by Scottsdale investor, real estate investor by the name of Daniel Butterfield a couple years ago to the tune of $28 million. We, Titan impact Group, understand how important it is, money is and what it can do to our lives. We understand that it represents a portion of your life that you gave up in order to have it, that you just don't want to trust it and go willy nilly with anybody who doesn't understand money. We at Titan Impact Group understand the value of making a buck. In fact, all of us at the top here come from a blue collar background. I, you know, Laura, what used to be a truck driver, Catherine worked in the lumber mill. I've been in mobile home parks and construction my entire adult life. In fact, it was kind of funny today. Some of my tenants were, were laughing at me because I hopped in my bobcat dressed just like this, diamond watch and all. And it's a, it's a little ridiculous. The work clothes have gotten better over the years, but my tenants know that I am there for them. They all have my number. They text me if there's ever a problem and I go and I take care of it because I haven't forgotten where I've come from. And I invite you to do the same thing. Quite frankly. You have questions for Titan Impact Group, give us a call. The number below, that's the direct line. It'll get you there. If you want to talk to me personally, best thing to do is to text. I'm big on texting. I'm doing a lot of stuff all the time. I don't answer. We've got other people to answer phone calls, but if you want to talk to me, go ahead and text. But the whole point being is that, you know, we're normal people. We've been bankrupt, we've been divorced, we've been scammed. Okay, there's a. We've been through life, but because we weren't born with silver spoons in our mouth, because the luxuries that we enjoy today weren't just handed to us, we understand that you want that portion of your life that you are entrusting with us to bring back friends so that you can live the life that you want to live, that you can make the memories that you want to make with the people that are important to you. That is our promise to be completely transparent. We invest our own money in many of our deals. If money has been earmarked elsewhere, though, we invest our time and we match the deals with your personality to make sure everything goes as smoothly as it possibly can be. All we're asking is that you ask questions. We're here. We're transparent. I am Steve Wall. I do know money, and I am a vanguard of the American dream.
