Correct. And this thing, this prompt took a lot of practice because at first I didn't know what to ask. And I actually asked Deal Hunter by Land Shark. I'd say, hey, I'm looking at multifamily and mobile home parks in Northern California. What are some questions you have for me that I can answer so that you can better meet the criteria. So then it'll ask you questions. Where exactly are you located? Have you invested before? And then you just answer these questions like a conversation, and then it can save all those and move it forward.
