Speaker B founded three college groups, two of which scaled to state and national level, including the Men in Nursing Organization. The strategy: start with one chapter as proof of concept, then replicate across campuses. Each chapter raises about $2 million using a fractional business model.
Are you in the deal room?
I started, I started 3 organizations at my college, 2 of which became national org— one's a state and one's a national organization. Nice. So, but I had to get the state to get the national, and it was called the Men in Nursing Organization.
The week it worked, Katya had to literally take this to every college state and make it national.
So, and how you do it is you just start at one school, get the proof of concept, take it to the rest. And so if every chapter raises $2 million through that fractional business, right, like that's what the point was, so that non-accredited investors become accredited.
I'm very close with the director of the real estate association at Cal State Fullerton, and he has done sales, investments, everything. So I think that he might be very interested in getting the students involved through his association. So that could also be an option that I'll explore.
I know this person that let me show I know this person that has to be contacted and needs a meeting set up between Catherine Bell and this person and Tommy D so that Katya can become rich and famous with the real estate association in Fullerton Beach, California, and then take this thing nationwide.
