The car wash business, like investing in that started about 15 years ago. And if you don't have 100 locations by now, you're not going to get them. Not unless you go buy one that's already up and going. Right. Like a dash or a three minute or any of those. But a lot of the guys that I worked for when I built those things, that's what they were doing 15 years ago.
Yeah.
You know, setting up the membership model. We're literally right across the street from one right now over at Costco. And Costco has the membership one where you can go in there and pay for the monthly, you know, fee or you can pay $7 after you get gas.
Right.
And go to the gas, go to the car wash right there. And those car washes are super cheap to build, they're super cheap to maintain. They are 100% autonomous. If you do it right, you don't need a person there. But some of the others, yeah.
Those are the ones that he's doing. And it's like something connected with AI. It's this other guy who, he's like a billionaire. I forgot his name.
Yep. So talking about, yeah, Pace is talking about RV parks. He's like, I, I don't need. He said it in a video or on stage, I don't remember. But he's like, I don't know why I have 300, you know, 300 doors, single family residents when I can have 300 pads in one park.
Right, right.
You know, and he's like, I don't know what made me think that that was going to be better, worse, whatever, you know. And I was like, it's funny he's.
Thinking that way now.
You know, I remember four years ago when I put it, put my RV, you know, when I was building RVs with the Opportunity Zones in 2022, I went out there and put, when he came to Asria, I put those flyers in his door about investing in RV resorts back then.
