So I'm going through and digging into the science of Getting Rich. This is one of my favorite books. It's made a huge difference. This is video three of five. And so here's what we're talking about right now is that in here he talks about to live fully in mind, one must have intellectual recreations and must surround themselves with all the objects of art and beauty they are capable of using and appreciating. To live fully in soul, they must have love. And love is denied expression by poverty. One's highest happiness is found in the bestow of benefits of those that they love. Love finds itself most natural and spontaneous expression in giving. And so here's the reality of it. In order to be able to give and to have that bandwidth to become all that we were meant to be, what do we we need? Resources. And so one of the things I've learned is that, you know, your earned income is meant to buy assets that provide passive income. The passive income actually pays for your lifestyle and your ability to give. So what does that mean? It means that you have the opportunity to partner with us on multiple different deals that we have coming up. We have triple net lease medical offices that are providing passive streams of income. You get to participate in that and also mobile home parks. It's one of my favorite things to invest in all the years of investing. I love being the bank and I love renting dirt for so many reasons. And the biggest thing is, is because it provides passive streams of income that's consistent and provides stability to my portfolio or which frees up my emotional bandwidth so that I can. I'm free to give of my time, my talents, my money, my resources, everything that I have, because that's what I'm ultimately here for, is to make that difference to my loved ones, my family, my community, society, whatever that is. And the only way that I can do that is if I have the resources to make that happen.
