This is a YouTube Shorts video titled "Club Scottsdale: Get Paid Finding Luxury Deals in Scottsdale! #shorts" (created 2026-08-06T04:59:23Z). It contains a brief conversational clip between Catherine Bell and another speaker about Club Scottsdale’s plan to source, rehab, and place luxury properties into the rental market. They discuss recruiting people to bird‑dog deals (using Deal Hunter), the need to bring deals in to get paid, and the iterative nature of making offers and scaling the sourcing effort.

Club Scottsdale is actively seeking properties to acquire, rehab, and put into the rental market. And so we started talking about a system last night. And so I signed us all up for bird-dogging on luxury estates out here in Scottsdale. So, yep.
So they're going to have the criteria. So all of you can use Deal Hunter to start finding these deals. We bring them in, you all get paid. Awesome. But you need to be bringing the deals in to get paid.
It's a sourcing thing. We got to bring deals to get them. We gotta bring deals in to look at. We can't make offers on everything and everything we make offers on is not gonna close. And everything that we close on isn't gonna turn into a billion dollars for everybody. It'll be a little bit here and there. So that's where the need for, uh, multiple people doing it. Yeah. Because rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat, and you can turn this thing into an Herbal Essence commercial.
