My fellow compassionate capitalists. I know, how many times can a person make a video in one day? But, hey, I'm back over there. You can see camera Ken in the background there. Hey, Kim. Kim. Your name. Your name's Ken now, little lady. So Ken was. He was informing me that, you know, I'd probably be sent to sensitivity training class if I was in the corporate world right now. He has plenty of experience with that, believe me. They've gone through several instructors trying to get him to be more sensitive. But that's what I love about the guy is that he's, you know, he gets the job done and he cuts through all the crap, all the bs. I mean, maybe some of your investments and things like that, you understand what we're talking about. All these little hidden fees and paying somebody just to have your money. What's that about? Nobody cares about your money more than you do. You know, a lot of times, how willing are they to let you, you know, behind the scenes to let you see what's really going on? And that's why I'm making these videos. You know, I'm not sitting in some office with a fancy backdrop or anything else like that. Look, we've made a lot of money here, okay? Look, Ken's made so much money that I can't afford him. I can't afford his rates. And so he has to do it for free, okay? And vice versa. I mean, he needs something done for me. I just got to end up doing it for free because, you know, nobody can afford those rates. And look, I love to fight. And I bring a tape measure to work every single day in case anybody wants to get into a contest, all right? Now, believe me, I'm talking about measuring stacks here. And look, I'm not bragging. I'm just. I'm simply telling the truth that, you know, I understand that there's many people out there who had tremendous success, the corporate world. And I'm just saying the corporate world tends to be pretty inefficient. And if you're trusting your investments, your hard earned money to people who like to take fees and like to have meetings because of meetings, in order to plan more meetings and more meetings, it's probably not the way to go. I'm not college educated. I have a high school. You know, I barely passed high school. But guess what? I've been retired for years and I've got stacks. Why? Because I'm not afraid to get dirty. And I'm boots on the ground. This is what we're trying to show you here that there is tremendous opportunity. You serve the masses, then you can decide to live with the classes. There is a great need for affordable housing, and it's not to charge people all the money the market can bear. Again, like I said, we've got apartments next door that are charging three times what people pay here. You just get a little bit from a whole lot and it adds up to a big bit. So with that, I hope I didn't rub you the wrong way. Believe me, all I want you to do is be as happy as me, counting stacks and stacks of cash. And with that, may you never awake from the American dream.
