You want to build a— if you want people to send you deals, because going out and finding deals, Kathy, is it fun to go out and find deals? But is it fun to find deals when everything you look at turns to shit? It starts getting like boring. It's all fun for me still. And people, bodybuilders do this a lot. And that's where I'm at. Like, I, I, I do deal sourcing until I have fatigue, can't live to do another deal, right? And the reason why is because I've set up myself with a pipeline of people to feed me deals too.
