Are you in the deal room? Already demolished. There's a lot of, there's a lot of equipment on site, so it's either just been done or they're getting ready to start something. There were some work permits there on a board, so we took some pictures of that. And right now we're trying to track down either the owner or the previous broker. We're trying to— we got some phone numbers, but so far we're, we're kind of dead in the water at the moment, but we're still looking. So we're going to try and get a hold of them and see what's going on with the property. It's a really great property, and it's actually bigger than the other hotel spaces on either side of it as far as the, the site goes. So it's actually really interesting. But, and, and as we showed you on the FaceTime yesterday, they're building, um, new residential just right across the road from it. And it's a really nice little area, so we'll see what happens. I'm excited.
