Hey, everybody, it's Steve and Kathryn here. And here we have our Amish horse. I guess that's a racing carriage, right? Because, you know, even the Amish know the importance of multiple streams of income. As we are here, our horse and carriage, horse and buggy in front of the Amish car wash slash laundry mat. You know, that gets Catherine excited. That gets her more excited than us driving in this car around Amish country. So why don't you tell us about what the Amish and you know.
So I actually just spent the last few days teaching a bunch of teens in Philadelphia about personal finance and the importance of taking earned income and using that earned income to buy assets. And the assets provide cash flow that pays for your lifestyle. So I love to play the game cash flow. We play. Actually played it this week as well with them. So along with that, of course, my favorite, everybody knows, is real estate. So we have.
And there's some gorgeous real estate around here. I'm just doing the little. Okay, sorry.
So if you're looking for passive streams of income, let us know. We have some that we can add to your portfolio to make sure we help stabilize it. So with that, this is Catherine and Steve with Titan Impact Group.
