In this YouTube short, Catherine Bell introduces Blake, a college student who has become a proficient deal hunter alongside Katya. Blake shares a recent find: a 0.32‑acre airport hangar property discovered on the CREXi marketplace. He briefly outlines the property's size and the source of the listing, mentioning that he reviewed the flyer and operational details. Catherine and another speaker prompt Blake to explain his process, positioning the clip as an educational moment for newcomers interested in real‑estate deal sourcing and analysis.

I know you guys are over here somewhere. Oh, beautiful. East side of it. So I'll go over the numbers. I won't go into too much detail with it, but it's 0.32 acres.
I got some newcomers here, so we want to, we want to get some details.
We're going to, you're going to help educate them, Blake. Roll it back. So Blake is one of our college students. Him and Katya have done an extraordinary job finding deals and learning how to analyze these. So here we go, Blake.
And so Blake, How's this deal? He went and grabbed— show him, show him back where you got it.
So I was on CREXi and I was just looking at different properties. This was under a specialty. And essentially the way I did is I just viewed the flyer or its operativo.
