The Florida Summit event center is locked in. Bill Nye and his son Brent, real estate contacts in Wesley Chapel, are coming on the podcast next week. The speaker can't wait to see how Amor reacts to the news.
Put your hands down. Amor, you don't get to vote. You just showed up. Don't do me like that. Don't do me like that. So, well, I've got actually almost the entire Florida team in here. I had a great call with the, my birth broker, the guy that brought me into the, into the real estate world, Bill Nye and his son Brent. And they're down there in Wesley Chapel. So I got off the phone with them. That's why I was late, was I was tied up on them, but they are coming to the podcast next week. And I told them that I want to get my Florida team. Plugged into them because they— I'm ready for this. I want to see Amor's face when I say this. We've got the event center for the Florida— for the Florida Summit. What? I've got the event center already booked for the Florida Summit. What? Okay, I need to hear more.
