Right. And so that's what, like, everybody was like, this is why it's messed up. That's why it's not, you know, it's not good. But at the end of the day, it was good. It kept GameStop from going out of business. Right. So. Wow. So I'm looking at a magazine article and it and says that this guy, Buck Sexton sues real estate investment trust September 5, 2025, in the Barons. And if you don't know what Barron's magazine is. Baron's magazine. Yeah. You know, investment. Yeah. And if you make it into Barons, that's great. Unless you're being sued, then it's not great. Yeah. But basically, Buck Sexton filed a federal lawsuit against Brad Diversified REIT, alleging they defrauded him of more than $100,000. Sexton alleged that Rad Diversified founders Dutch Menden, Harlem Amy Vaughn solicited cash from him and invest for investment coaching for property deals, neither of which ever happened.
