With us for capital gains, Opportunity Zones is what we've been studying for so long. And so we built out this Opportunity Zone 2.0 GPT so that people can case study, they can analyze, they can discover, and they can even start putting together and developing these real estate deals for Opportunity Zone development. So we built that GPT. specifically that kind of help people and push people into, um, uh, putting, putting their capital gains into other places other than 1031 exchange projects.
OXXO is a Spanish word that means other or alternatives. So we're that alternative because banks reject a lot of people because they're really getting very sensitive nowadays. So we are Business loan brokers. So anything related to commercial real estate, anything business, startup, small and big, huge ones, huge projects, we can help. And what we do is we match— we're matchmakers as well. We match the perfect lender or the perfect lenders for the project.
