Hello, my fellow practitioners of compassionate capitalism. Fenway park, the Boston Cathedral, home of the Red Sox. How can you hit a home run and make a wicked return on your investment using your IRA in order to invest in real estate? I'm about to tell you how. But before you need to understand an important lesson that I learned back when I was a kid, loved baseball. And this is back in the day of George Brett and loaded bats and pine tar. We won't mention him because he's not. Not with the Red Sox. But what happened was that I was a good hitter, but I was never a home run hitter. Here we are, right here. We've got the Carlton Fisk home run pole. So my parents took me down to Phoenix, which was the big city compared to the little country kid. They bought me this baseball bat that was hollowed out at the top. Looked like it was lo. I was excited. I went up to bat. We had a game that night. I smacked that ball. I knew it was gone before I even. It was absolutely incredible. I'm excited about telling you about it now. And, you know, I rounded first like it was nothing because I was used to that. Second, Things were getting a little bit exciting when I hit third base. Helicopters and news reporters were all around. And as I came home, the heavens parted, angels began to sing hallelujah. And I floated across that plate only a second later to get smacked on the back in the umpire yell, you're out. You see, I forgot to touch home. I let my team down. They were relying on me. What does this have to do with investment? Well, our country's hurting right now, and we've got some big hitters out there, some people who are batting cleanup, that the average is relying on you to get on the scoreboard. They're relying on you to not let success not remember to touch full. So Kathryn's going to tell you what you can do to play this game, what you can do to clear the bases and score runs for all of America.
So what we do is we buy up the notes from the banks that they are required to get off their books that are considered as non performing. And then our team, we work those families that have been financially impacted and help them get their mortgage payments back on track. So now it becomes a performing note. Once it's performing over 12 to 18 months, then we turn around and we put those notes back on the market. And what that does is it continues to help the economy continue to move forward. We do it over and over again, and we partner with our investors to make each one of those happen. So it becomes a win, win, win, win. We're helping the families, we're helping the banks, we're helping our investors. Everybody el helped at the same time. So that's what we do to help our country. And you too, can as well.
