Did you see the deals today in the Deal Room? Figure out how to make this company money. I can figure out how to get my money, right? Solve the problem, not be the problem. So right here it tells me, in order for me— I gave it all the metrics, I told it like how much. So when we ran through the values, it needed to know income. So I gave it the income and it came back and told me, in order for me to hit $20 million, we need to build 46 tiny house in a year and we'll have a $20 million valuation. Which means if I have 46 houses contracted and bought, purchased, pre-sold. I could probably get a value of $20 million, which then I would offer to an investor 50% in if he would just give us $10 million.
