Hello, my fellow compassionate capitalist, Steve and Catherine here in front of one of Kathryn's many housing developments that she's going to talk about.
So what we wanted to take the opportunity to show you is one of the projects that we are involved in. We're involved in a lot of projects. I've flipped about 500 houses and we're in the middle of creating a development. It's up here in Snowflake, Arizona. Yeah, it's called Snowflake. It's cute. And these, you can look behind us. These are actually that some of the houses that we've built. And we've actually made an 18% annualized ROI on these, which has been pretty great. So again, it's about doing the numbers. The numbers tell you what to do no matter what your real estate investment project is or business venture. And so we are here today to look at some more projects that we are going to be doing the numbers on to figure out which ones are the most profitable for our investors, of course, and for our company as well.
