Hey, everyone, it's Katherine with Titan Impact Group, and we're going to talk about how to find real estate notes. There are so many ways to find real estate notes. At the end of the day, it comes down to what my grandfather actually shared with me that I will never, ever forget. Amazing, man. He shared that it's not about what you know, it's about who you know. And so every single note that we have ever had, created, bought, sold, all of that, it's all based on who we know and all the relationships that we have. So continuing to expand your relationships through real estate, investor networks, banking relationships, other investors, things like that, it all comes down to it's not what you know, it's who you know. And so that is how we find notes. It's all about all the relationships. And we continue to take care of them and nurture them and cultivate them, because at the end of the day, that's what ultimately matters, is the relationships that we have. And so that is who we are.
