Hey, everyone, it's Katherine with Titan Impact Group, and we're going to talk about how do real estate notes work. And so one of the things to understand as a real estate investor is that there are multiple roles that you can play in any real estate transaction. You can be the buyer, the seller, the realtor, the title company, the bank, the contractor, subcontractor. You can be any of those. And at the end of the day, the question is, which one is the most secure? The answer, it's the bank. And so that's what note investing is. You're simply being the bank. You don't own the real estate. You own the note, the mortgage, the loan for that particular piece of real estate. And it's secured and backed by the real estate, which is really exciting. And so how do you invest in them? There's multiple ways you can create your own notes by working with sellers, doing owner financing, things like that. You can create relationships with banks and buy notes directly from them. You can work with companies like mine and be a passive investor and be able to invest in those notes and have your money fully backed by those notes. So there's lots of different ways for you to become a note investor and understanding that entire process. And so there's more than enough books and courses and companies out there that are more than happy to teach you. If you are getting coached and mentored, make sure that you are asking to speak to at least three people that they have coached and mentored within the last six to 12 months, that they've actually added commas to their bank account as a direct result of their coaching. So with that, I hope that was helpful. My name is Catherine and I'm with Titan Impact Group. And we are the sentinels of the American dream. We leave every person, property and community better than we found them. Bye for now.
