Hey everyone, this is Kathryn Bell with Titan Impact Group and I'm here to talk to you about being a part of the problem or being part of the solution. And I invite you to consider finding ways to be a part of the actual solution in the world. And what I love with social media and with how connected we are in the world and all these networks, it is fascinating to me how easy it is to actually connect with people all over the globe that actually similar commitments that we do that we can all play together. And so when I think about that, what I mean for myself is a couple of things. One of the things that I'm very passionate about is that there's over 500,000 children in the US foster care system and over 350,000 children are available for adoption today. Costs less than $1,000 to adopt and the impact that it would have in those kids lives is huge. And so rather than being upset that all these kids don't have families, what did I do? I started a non profit and I'm starting to educate people on this process and how to connect with adoption agencies that specifically focus on adopting these children.
Out of the US foster care system.
And so I was adopted, made a huge difference in my Life. I was 16. I'm Clair. I am the woman that I am today because of my adopted parents. They are absolutely extraordinary. And so you could be the difference in some kids life that absolutely changes the world. And what if, what if 1% of those children, that's 3,500 kids, actually got as inspired as I did and decided.
To go out and make a difference in the world.
You could be the one making the difference for one of those kids that.
