Hey everyone, this is Kathryn Bell and I'm with Titan Impact Group and I have been asked how to get started in real estate investing. And you know, it all comes down to self education. That's what it comes down to. I have spent over a hundred thousand dollars on courses around learning how to invest and build businesses. And hands down, it has absolutely come back exponentially by spending all that money and getting myself educated. Because the more I learn, the better the investor and the better business owner I can be. And so it comes down to self education. So how do you get started? Start getting yourself self educated. There's free libraries out there you can go and there's copious amounts of books that you can learn from. There's tons of courses you can learn from. I, you know, I've done so many courses. Some courses were jam packed and I got a ton of some of them. I only got one pearl of wisdom or nugget from either way. I always learned. And more importantly, what I did was as I went through every single one, I would always start out every single book or course with a sheet and I'd write like the very first page of all my notes a to do. And as I went through the course of the book, as it came to my mind, oh my gosh, I've got to do this, I'd write a list of to do's that I needed to get done and then when I was done the course of the book, I'd go back to that list of to dos and I'd start to actually get that in my calendar and get every single to do done that way. I implemented everything and squeezed every morsel and ounce of wisdom and knowledge out of whatever that book in that course was. And I, I learned and it's just layers and layers and layers of learning all throughout the years. And so have I stayed in one niche for 25 years? No, absolutely not. Because as I grew inside of real estate investing and wanted to learn more about it and get better at it, that's how I morphed my real estate investing career the way I have and absolutely love what I do.
