In this YouTube short, the speaker walks through commercial property 15011 located across from the Scottsdale Jet Airport. The listing price is $7.9 million ($364 per square foot) for a 21,000 sq ft rentable building on a 1.5‑acre lot, built in 1998 with upstairs renovations completed and the downstairs unfinished. The two‑story, Industrial‑1 zoned building features 10‑12 ft ceilings, sprinklers, and 18 offices. The host envisions multiple layout concepts for the vacant space, including cafés, break rooms, meeting rooms, open work areas, executive suites, and a reception area, all taking advantage of direct airport views and the ability to drive cars through the open floor plan. The speaker emphasizes the property as a “blank canvas” with no structural walls limiting redesign, highlighting its strategic location and potential for a high‑visibility office or mixed‑use space.

Are you in the deal room? So this property right here is known as 15011. I took some pictures of it. 15011. Slow down, Sparky. It's list price $7.9 million. Price per square foot is $364. You cannot build a house. Really? Scottsdale for $500 a square foot. Yeah. Like, let's just start right there. The price per square foot is insane. Okay. You have an RBA, rentable building area, of 21,000 square feet. It's sitting on a half— 1.5 acres, and it was built in 1998 and says that they had renovations done. Yes, the upstairs is done, but not the downstairs, right? Which is freaking perfect for what I'm about to say. We've got sprinklers, we've got 10-foot, 12-foot high ceilings, we got 18 offices. It's a 2-story, and it's Industrial 1 zoning. Ready? Go down. We're gonna Like the ideal location. Ready? This is literally right across the street, straight across the street from the airport, from the Scottsdale Jet Airport, right? And then it's proximity to all this stuff is right there. Next one up. This is first floor concept. Skip, let's get past that for now because we ain't looking at that. This is finished. This is the fully built out. I want this cafe, break room, meeting rooms, big open office spaces for people to work at, private offices up here, co-lab space, executive suite down here, overlook look in the airport literally right there. Jets coming in and out all day. I either want that office or that office. We can move the break room somewhere else. Like, it can be there. That, that need to switch so that you can see out to the airport right there. This is all airport view. This lounge out here, perfect. It's right upside the stairs. There'll be a little reception area right there, blah, blah, blah. Go back up. This concept, nope. Go floor 1. This concept, eliminate it. 100% vacant. The only thing that's going to be there are those chairs and a little reception desk. And that reception desk is going to be over here facing this way, going that way, right? So the main entrance right here, sliding glass doors, garage door right here. All this can be removed. There's nothing structural about any walls right here. So this is 100% open except that stairwell, right? So we can literally drive cars straight through here and park cars. I ain't nothing here. Remember, 100% blank canvas.
