Katya signed a Letter of Intent on her original terms after persistent effort. Catherine Bell coached her through the deal, and the Titan Impact Group team, including Roman who advises on Opportunity Zones, supported the win.
Did you see the deals today in the Deal Room?
We just drove past Katya's property. I call it Katya's property now because she was able to get a signed LOI from the sellers on the original terms we presented originally. Like, she, she stuck it out. She was a trooper. She didn't give up. She didn't give in. She had the right attitude through the whole thing. And right now we have a win-win, possible win situation. And, and it came from Catherine Bell. We lost you, Tommy. The importance of giving the time to the right, to the right people result in all that impact that we try to accomplish in all the things that, that, that Titan Impact Group gets involved in, including this podcast. So it goes, you know, it goes to, you know, Amor, copy of Blake, Laura, uh, Roman's in here, which is again, like, you know, a rarity. But again, it goes to the fact that Roman is going to this event with us because Roman was, was part of the co-author of COSA 2.0, of OZ Wizard 2.0, you know, and with his, with his experience and, and, and his advisorship in Opportunity Zones, not only that, he really sounds amazing talking to all that stuff we wrote.
And he looks really cool too. So I think that's also a plus.
Right. It does look really cool. He is the OZ.
Thank you for the compliment.
He's the OF of the OZs. So, but yeah, with all these people in here, it really adds again to the value of what Catherine's able to do. Because Catherine's genius really is bringing people up, making people feel like they can achieve what their destiny is. And she does this through building people up with her coaching and mentoring. Like Catherine's also an operator, like right now today. Catherine's trying to close 2 deals, right? Catherine, I know you're— I'm speaking for you because you're driving. I don't want to distract you while you're driving, but you got 2 deals right now. You're trying to get close. $15 million on an RV park and $5 million on a data center totals $20 million. And that's her everyday life. That's what we do away from the podcast. That's what we do away from the people and the stuff.
