Erin, Robert, and Daniel from Land Shark Mastermind pitch a three-floor West Valley event center. The first floor has a basketball-sized dance floor that converts to a rodeo arena, with a mezzanine for viewing. Upstairs: pool tables, nightclub, video games, and arcade.
We have our team from all over the country. They're all— these are— you got it over there so you can see it. Here we go. We can, there you go. I don't know if they want to be on camera. You guys want to be on camera? This is, this is Erin and this is Robert. So, well, this is our team, the Land Shark Mastermind. So we were, we've been running a deal. We got a project that we're looking at doing an event center out here somewhere over on the West Valley. It's, it's a, do you have the PowerPoint still up? Pop it up real quick. I'll show Daniel. Yeah. Just go to right here, the number 3. So it's a, it's a, like a big barn. And then if you go to the 5th slide down, what it's gonna have is it's a 3-floor deal where on the 1st floor there's a gigantic basketball-sized dance floor with a rodeo arena. And then on the, on the 2nd or upper floor, is like pool tables, nightclub, video games, like a, an arcade entertainment thing going on. But the mezzanine level is set up where you can, it's the middle floor between the two where you can watch the bull rider, go watch the dancing, or go watch concert at Georgia State.
