Short YouTube video (shorts) by Catherine Bell offering brief advice on vetting investment opportunities: emulate what others did well, verify whether people are actual investors or promoters, and confirm whether revenue is from real investments vs. paid coaching programs. The clip names Dutchman Hall and Amy Vaughn, describing them as headhunters and alleging they were crooks who solicited investor funds.

That's the other part of this is like. And. And what I. What I always say is, find what somebody else did good and do it better.
Right?
Never replace what somebody did. That like. So I don't want to focus on anything. They did that here. Right. But what they did good and do it better is that they taught people how to invest. And unfortunately for those investors, they gave their money to a couple of crooks. Like, you know, based on this, Dutchman hall and Amy Vaughn were Brooks. Right. And I. I honestly don't feel like that's a good representation of them. Right. But I do know Dutch's backstory, and Dutch and Amy were what they call headhunters, and they would go after corporate executives and. And head hunt corporate executives to go start up new companies. Right. And so I think that's how they got into this world, was they were maybe talked into it by a few chief executives or chief officers of. They.
Weren'T actual real estate investors themselves. Hell.
No, not at all.
Again, this goes to the point of when you're vetting somebody, the questions to ask is, where's our main source of income? Is it coming from doing the thing, or does it come from some stupid paid coaching program that that's where most of revenue comes from.
