And just going into ChatGPT I. So yes, like Tommy said, I focus on projects that leave every person, property and community better than we found them. And my company name comes from literally the mission which titan is being the sentinels of the American dream, protecting that whatever that is for people. And then impact is that leaving embedded than we found them. And then group is set up that we set it up so that multiple other families can create multiple streams of passive income. And I write this about this in my books and talk about this. I'm a five time international best selling author and the reason that this is so important for everybody to have these multiple streams of passive income is because most families will encounter three of the five D's in their lifetime. And if they don't have their financial house in order to be able to manage that, they'll literally be devastated. So it's death, divorce, diagnosis, downsized, being dumped. So now being able to bring in AI to all of this and catapult it and take it to the next level is even more, more important. And I just want to talk about AI for a second in that the reason I love it is it's not about getting rid of people, having less employees. It's about having every single employee, team member, partner be the most productive and efficient and profitable as they possibly can. So because of that, imagine what can actually be done when people are all the mundane tasks are taken care of by AI so we can stay really focused on what we're brilliant at and the higher level thinking. And so that is why I really, really love AI and we've really utilized and implemented it. And I have a lot of family offices and feed groups and hedge funds. Companies hire our team to come in and implement this just because of the efficiency that it creates at a very extraordinary level. So inside of this, one of the things that you can do with ChatGPT that people may or may not know is you can create custom GPTs. And this is more important than ever now because of ChatGPT just releasing ChatGPT 5.0. What's really interesting about this is that they have now AI has gotten to the point where it now is teaching itself all the Things like it literally, we've reached a critical mass where it literally has all the information it could possibly need. So now it's now making decisions for us, which isn't necessarily a good thing. So one of the things that we do is we create something called a Rosetta Stone. And a Rosetta Stone is like your business snapshot, your ideal client avatar, your deals that you've done, your plans that you have moving forward, even your personality profiles, like, so that it really is customized specifically to you. And by using that and creating custom GPT and project folders with that information now, that hones the AI in to be able to use that Rosetta Stone as the foundation for moving forward Ra the vast knowledge that's out there in the universe, right? So it's really important that we actually do this work. And so that's one of the extraordinary things that has been created with this Deal Hunter.
