A walkthrough of plans to extend vehicle access to a property on Cholla Street by cutting a driveway from 16th Street along the property's north side, then grading it level for drainage while connecting to an existing easement on Ola Street.
Right there. This one. Okay. That is the, that is the road. That is the easement. I see it. See it? Ola Street comes through there and goes all the way through to here. So I can actually extend off of 16th Street up to the back of that red pin. I could do it to the front of the red pin, but I actually, because of the position of that property and how wonky it is, I've got to do a side cut up that north, up that left side of the property and across the top of it all the way back out to 16th Street and level all that out and make all that a little bit elevated, but still flat enough for everybody to get into.
