In this YouTube short, Catherine Bell explains that missing deadlines is inevitable when pursuing large, ambitious goals—what she calls "playing big." She defines integrity as honoring commitments, but stresses that when a deadline cannot be met, the responsible action is to promptly inform all affected parties, offer a realistic new timeline, and take ownership without self‑criticism. Bell emphasizes the importance of grace, re‑promising, and deliberately scheduling time to complete tasks, framing missed deadlines as a natural part of big‑game play rather than a personal failure.
