YouTube video (uploaded April 5, 2022) featuring Steve of Titan Impact Group on-site in Tucson reviewing older mobile home parks for potential purchase and redevelopment. The speaker frames the opportunity as transforming undervalued/‘trashed’ properties into stable, award-winning communities through hands-on renovation and added housing capacity, with an emphasis on social impact (housing stability, community pride) alongside profit.

Hey, my fellow compassionate capitalist Steve with Titan Impact Group here. Hey, Kathryn and I are down in Tucson today. I know I've dressed up the duds a little bit, but hey, you know what, like I said before in many of my other videos, you've got to go digging for the gold. You've got to put on your little mining outfit. You know, you got to get down and dirty and hey, that's what we're doing right now. What you see before you put probably looks like absolute trash to the untrained eye. But two, the guy who has made millions off of trash. This is another gold mine. What we have here is we have an older mobile home park. I don't know if Kathy's going to shoot down there or whatever the deal is that one is for sale. We have another mobile home park right next to it. And we have talked to the agent and while one mobile home park was going to buy the other, we wanted to flip the script and say, hey, we'll make an offer on both. They said that's probably a pretty good idea. Over here we have an abandoned home that's completely trashed. And I tell you what, we can go ahead and we can pick this up as well and just level it and put in some more spaces and have two and a half mobile home parks. So, you know, that's what we specialize in here, is taking what some may see is just trash, you know, wrong side of town, whatever the situation might be. But you got to understand that a little tlc, you got people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. This community then becomes, well, I've done it before, an award winning community. Everybody has taken some pride things. They know that they have owners that care about them and what they do and their contribution to sustainability. So that's the whole thing. If you can just have people be stable in their housing situation, then they are able to go and to participate in the economy and be part of the community and build some community. And that's how we on a daily basis go and make a difference here at Titan Impact Group. So with that, on behalf of Katherine and I, may you never awake from the American dream.
