What is my story and how did I get started in the note business? I actually started well over 20 years ago doing buy and holds. Discovered I don't like tenants and toilets. Then I did a bunch of wholesaling which was fast cash but it didn't actually give me the actual asset. Did a bunch of fix and flips that was super fun. It was like my own version of HGTV and had a bunch of vacation rentals. Discovered I didn't like guests to didn't like toilets. I do a bunch of commercial development that's super fun. I have a mobile home park, we're working on other mobile home parks that I love. That's super fun. And of course being the bank, that ultimately is what I've always been working towards and really, really love and that's been my journey of real estate investing.
